If you're a first-time subscriber and experience a genuine technical issue preventing you from using the service, contact us within 7 days of payment and we'll review your request for a refund.
Your subscription does not renew automatically. When it expires after 30 days, you simply return to the Free plan until you choose to pay again — no surprise charges.
