Compose a message
Sending to many people at once? Use your regular Gmail connection from the Connections tab to send — then just Share your Google Sheet (and Slides template, if using one) with the special email address below, so we're allowed to read it. Paste the Sheet link, preview its columns, and write your message using
{{column_name}} for anything that should change per person.

Open your Google Sheet → Share → paste this email → give it "Viewer" access. Do the same for your Slides template if attaching documents. This lets us read the file without needing your full Google account connected.
